The landscape of the working world has changed significantly over the past few decades.
Business models have changed faster than at any given time in history and the old work
rule book is now being rewritten all too frequently. Gone too, are the days where jobs were
“for life” and the Company was responsible for an employee’s career. Instead employees
are now finding they have to make crucial career decisions without the objective support

There are could be endless reasons why employees have previously refrained from taking
active control ranging from: the company always made the decision, to the employee is
facing/has faced the prospect of redundancy or it could be old career values and goals have

What is coaching and how does it Work?

It is important to appreciate that coaching is not a quick fix or a “band aid” remedy and no
good coach will ever make such a claim. As with many things, change does take time and
as a result and we advise potential clients to have a think of the commitment they are
prepared to make. The client decides the frequency and commitment to the coaching
process.
